Time to bring it back home. This month there is so much incredible homegrown produce available, so what better time to celebrate the best of Irish food than smack bang in the middle of summer.
Great believer in food as medicine and eating the best of what’s in season. That’s why this month I will create an exquisite menu that celebrates all of what is grown locally by some of my favourite food heroes. I’ll be using caherbeg pork, St. Tola goat cheese, clinakikty black pudding, Irish strawberries and asparagus, locally grown organic leaves, handmade pastry using Irish flour and dairy. A truly Irish feast!!!
