"Orla came up with a variety of canapés and sandwiches at short notice for a birthday party. All were very well received. My favourite was the goats’ cheese and caramelised red onion mini-quiche, but the tomato salsa bruschetta, the smoked salmon blini and the corned beef and potato cake were equally popular. Tbh they proved to be a great conversation starter too. Orla and her team were so professional, everything was delivered and served with style. It was a pleasure to deal with her from start to finish. Thoroughly recommended!
